About your instructor

My personal yoga journey started back in 2016 when I was studying in Santiago in Chili. During that time I did not feel great in my body. Practicing yoga has transformed the relationship I have with my own body and mind. In 2020 I attended my first Yoga Teacher Training and I have been teaching ever since. My approach to yoga is one of softness, interacting with yourself, safety and connection. My classes are gentle and playful.
